A Plague Tale: Requiem finally arrives on October 18, Focus Entertainment announced today during a special broadcast. The release confirmation comes alongside an extended gameplay showing that follows Amicia and Hugo as they attempt to escape an enemy-laden quarry.
You can watch the new demo below to get an in-game look at a slice of the game's story, as the siblings are pursued by soldiers. This leads to a good showing of the game's stealth as the pair sneak around the quarry. Amicia also gets her hands dirty taking out enemies in a showcase of the game's action.

Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Asobo Studio unveiled a massive 12 minute long gameplay trailer for their upcoming game A Plague Tale: Requiem. This is the sequel to their 2019 title: A Plague Tale: Innocence and follows sibling duo Amicia and Hugo as they travel south after escaping their homeland of France in the late 1300s during the Black Plague pandemic.

The sequel to the critically acclaimed A Plague Tale: Innocence follows Amicia and her brother Hugo on a new quest, as they try to survive an uncaring world as a terrifying curse hunts them down. Set six months after the first game, with Hugo's curse seemingly under control, the siblings head south seeking both to start a new life and find a cure for Hugo's affliction.
