Some fans were predicting remakes of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl when word broke of a Pokémon Direct broadcast happening this morning, but little did they expect that a remake of a different kind would be heading their way. It was revealed today that Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX is coming to Nintendo Switch on March 6! Pre-purchase of the game has already begun.

During this morning's Pokémon Direct, Nintendo announced that Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX will come out for the Nintendo Switch on March 6.
Back in 2006, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team games made their debut on both the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS handhelds in Japan. With the release of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, these titles will receive new life.
