Microsoft is signing Call of Duty deals left and right, and its latest 10-year deal is with Taiwan-based Ubitus, a cloud gaming company. This is Microsoft's fourth contract in an attempt to convince regulators to approve its acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Earlier this year the company signed a deal with Nintendo to bring Xbox games and Activision games to the Nintendo Switch. It's also signed a similar deal with NVIDIA. Promising to reinstate games from the Activision catalog on the GeForce NOW cloud gaming service.

Microsoft for the second time this week announced it has signed a deal to bring Xbox games on PC to a cloud streaming service. This includes Activision Blizzard games on PC if Microsoft's acquisition of the company is approved.
This is a 10-year deal with Taiwan-based cloud gaming company, Ubitus. Its technology has been used to bring several games to the Nintendo Switch and elsewhere. Switch games that use Ubitus' cloud technology includes Control, Resident Evil Village, Guardians of the Galaxy, Hitman 3, and more.

The future remains cloudy. Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, announced this morning that Microsoft have signed a ten year partnership with Ubitus to stream Xbox PC games. This deal would also include Activision Blizzard titles, pending the approval of Microsoft's acquisition. The acquisition is currently held up in courts, but Microsoft is confident the deal will go through.
