A remastered version of 2013's Rune Factory 4 is coming to Nintendo Switch this year.
Xseed Games has revealed Rune Factory 4 Special on Nintendo's Direct presentation overnight. This is a remaster of the 3DS game, coming exclusively to Switch.
The publisher didn't share a release target for Rune Factory 4 Special, however.
During the same presentation, Nintendo revealed that Rune Factory 5 is in development. It was a very brief announcement, though, with only a single logo bearing the Roman numeral 5.

A sequel to Nintendo's Super Mario Maker is on its way, with Nintendo revealing Super Mario Maker 2 during this afternoon's Nintendo Direct presentation. This announcement was accompanied by a trailer highlighting some of the things that players will be able to do when creating their very own Mario levels in the new game.

Square Enix RPG Oninaki Revealed During Nintendo Direct

During today's Nintendo Direct, a new JRPG from Square Enix's Tokyo RPG Factory was announced. Titled Oninaki , the game tells the story of a Watcher, a member of an organization known as the Veil Watch.
The Watchers maintain order between the realms of the living and the dead by traveling between the planes and battling souls that have gone astray. In Oninaki , the dead are restored to life through reincarnation, but a soul that is mourned for may feel regret. Those that regret go astray and become monsters.
